  • Item(s) once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed eligible.
  • NO CASH REFUNDs. Only E-Vouchers will be issued for any eligible item(s).

Complaints/Eligibility

If the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our Team’s part, please contact our Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery date with pictorial proof/images of defected product(s) and shipment. Product(s) must be tagged, unused, and in mint condition.
We will arrange a pickup from the Shipping Address you provided at the time of placing your order.

Such item(s) are eligible for e-voucher only if they are received back to our warehouse tagged, unused, and in mint condition.
Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to receive your return item(s).

Order Cancellation

You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.

However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, IMAGE holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity, or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
